Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. or Canada who are 18 years of age or older, valid date of birth is required. PersonalWealthProject.com, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Contest and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, and employees are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
Grand Prize: PersonalWealthProject.com will be awarding a total of four (4) new 16GB iPads, each valued at $499.00 (US dollars) to four separate individuals through a random drawing of all eligible entrants.
Prize Deadlines: The Contests will conclude on the submission of the seventy-five thousanth (75,000th) unique Contest entry. Winners will be selected from a random drawing scheduled to be held up to seven (7) days after the deadline.
Entry Rules: No purchase necessary. Eligible participants may enter the Contest by either: (1) completing the online survey at http//:personalwelathproject.com, or (2) by mail. Each eligible participant may have one (1) entry into the Contest per valid e-mail address through the online survey process. Additional entries may become available to participants that enter the Contest through the online survey. Such entries will be made equally available to all online entrants and may include additional entries for online referrals or social media sharing as authorized by the Administrator. There is no limit to the number of mailed entry forms per eligible participant. A mailed submission must be handwritten with blue ink. The mailed entry form must be no smaller than a 3”x5” post-card and no larger than a standard 8 1/2”x11” sheet of paper. The mailed entry must be legible and include the eligible entrant’s full name (first and last), date of birth, complete physical address, telephone number and valid e-mail address. Mail entry forms to: iPad Contest, c/o PersonalWealthProject.com, PO Box 21365, Billings, MT 59104. Computer generated mailed entries are not eligible. Any and all eligible participants found to be in violation of the Contest rules will be disqualified from the Contest and will have any and all entries removed from the Contest.
Winner Selection and Notification: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Any attempted unauthorized entry shall be discarded, and the entrant will be disqualified from the Contest. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of PersonalWealthProject.com.. The decisions of the PersonalWealthProject.com are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or United States/Canada mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five (5) business days of PersonalWealthProject.com’s first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: This Contest is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for PersonalWealthProject.com to use each winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Contest and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner.
Releases: By participating, entrants agree that PersonalWealthProject.com, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Contest and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Contest, including entry and participation in this Contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in this Contest, such entrant will indemnify and hold Promoters harmless from and against any and all such claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees related thereto. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Contest. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Contest. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. PersonalWealthProject.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of the Contest. PersonalWealthProject.com reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Montana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue for such litigation shall be only in the Circuit Court for the City of Billings, Montana.
